Wow it has been a long time since my last post. This one is last minute too! As they say, it's better late than never. If you are a procrastinator like me and you need to get your Mom something special, then you should like this:

  • Your choice of Dark, Milk, Or White Chocolate for $2.50 per berry.
  • Additional options of Almond, Hazelnut, Oreo, Toffee Pieces, Pecan are $1 more per berry.
  • You can pick up or we will deliver for a delivery fee of $10.

Valentine's Day Special

Austin Truffle Co. has three special product offerings for Valentine's day - 8 piece Cake Balls, 24 piece assorted truffles, and what we call the "Mother-in-law Special". The first two offers are self-explanatory. You may find yourself asking, what is the Mother-in-law special. Well I am glad you asked! The Mother-in-Law Special is a box of 32 assorted truffles, plus a box of four assorted truffles. The Mother-in-law Special gives you the opportunity to knock out to birds with one stone... I mean show your love to your significant other and his/her beautiful mom. Or, you could always give the box of 32 and keep the box of four for yourself. You probably deserve it.

You can order these products online and pick them up at our location. Or, we can ship them to you for a small fee. If you have ever visited our location before you know that we have a cozy retail space. And, by "cozy" I mean small and not ideal for retail :-). However, it is a perfect for making delicious truffles for you to purchase online and pick up at our cozy location.

Austin Truffle Co.'s location could also be classified as a "hidden gem". Convenient from 620, I35, and HWY 79 in Round Rock, TX our location is tucked away on Chisholm Trail. Think of it as a treasure hunt! We will be waiting with treasure in hand - in this case, X does not mark the spot. Happy Valentine's Day!

First Friday in Georgetown, TX

First Friday is an excellent choice for date night, especially in February. Death by Chocolate is the theme and we will be there with truffles and cake balls. Join us at the Georgetown Square on February the 5th and stroll the historic downtown square. Shops are staying open late and there will be a scavenger hunt!

Hey Everyone!


We just wanted to thank everyone again for following Payton Artisan Chocolates! We apologize that it has been a little while since we updated, but Brad has been swamped with chocolate orders as well as working on a new Holiday Menu for the upcoming season!

Brad is currently working on a pies, cakes, and cake balls menu for the Holidays, and we would love to hear your feed back! Is there something you would like to see us create for the holiday season?

We have a lot of exciting ideas and new directions for the upcoming season as well as for 2010 and we would love your input on what you think makes Payton Artisan Chocolates great!!

For those of you who have tried our chocolates- you know that we are not your run of the mill bakery and we love that our products are unique and designed for their aesthetics as well as their delicious taste! We would also love some help on creating a new name that reflects our artisan design as well as the great quality of chocolates that we provide.

Any suggestions for names, ideas for holiday chocolates, or input on what you want to see from us would be greatly appreciated!
